PLEASE NOTE our May 25th meeting has been rescheduled. 

Our next meeting is on Friday the 1st of June at Werrington Children's Centre. We'll be talking about the A-Z of breastfeeding benefits and anything else that takes our fancy.

What happens at meetings?

Meetings are a friendly and informal place to ask any questions you may have, share experiences and make friends. Whatever your mothering experiences and philosophies, you are welcome at our meetings. You don’t need to be breastfeeding; pregnant women and experienced mothers are very welcome!

It is completely free to attend and you don’t need to be a member but donations and healthy snacks to share are always welcome.

Meeting times and locations

Meetings take place on the fourth Friday of each month (except July!) from 10.00am-12.00pm 

The meeting dates for 2012 are-

No meeting in August, instead there will be a Family Boob-B-Q on the 4th.

Meetings take place at-

Werrington Children's Centre, 
Welbourne Primary School, 
Goodwin Walk, 
Peterborough, 
PE4 6NR 

There are a few parking spaces available in the car park inside the school grounds. Further parking is available outside the school and in surrounding residential streets. The Children's Centre is easily accessible from Paston Parkway (A15), please check out the map below. You can also have a look on their website here.


By bus

The Citi 1 stops on Goodwin Walk just outside the school.

Coffee Mornings

Our next coffee morning is very kindly being hosted by Laura at her house in Yaxley. It will be on Thursday the 14th of June from 10.00-12.00 at 53 Windsor Road, Yaxley, PE7 3JA. There is on-street parking available. Look out for the balloons and LLL sign. 

New and old faces welcome! Feel free to bring a healthy snack to share.

Family Boob-B-Q

A fun day for the whole family! To celebrate World Breastfeeding Week we'll be holding a family boob-b-q. This will be on Saturday 4th of August. More details will be added nearer to the time. Put it in your diary now so you don't forget!
